Dans ce rassemblement de méchants, Harley Quinn a su tirer son épingle du jeu et capter l'attention des spectateurs en à peine quelques bandes annonce. Avec sa folie lunatique, ses répliques cinglantes et son personnage haut en couleurs, Margot Robbie (l'interprète de Harley Quinn) s'est investie à fond dans son rôle et a vite fait monté sa cote.

With her whimsical madness, her scathing words and her colorful character, Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn actress) was 100% engaged in her role and quickly became our favourite one in Suicide Squad.

C'est le site Variety qui a annoncé la nouvelle, alors qu'Harley Quinn fera ses premiers pas au cinéma dans Suicide Squad, la Warner et DC ont dores et déjà décidé de faire son spin off. Pour le plus grand bonheur des fans, le personnage sera donc fortement développé et ne sera pas seul! Effectivement, d'autres personnages féminins se joindront à l'aventure, tels que Batgirl, Poison Ivy ou encore les Birds of Prey (Black Canary et Vixen vues dans la série Arrow) entre autres.
